Whether you are looking for Virtual Assistance, Personal Support or Pet Care services, this is the place to start.
To ensure the best experience, we offer a free Meet and Greet appointment. Depending on the services requested, the Meet and Greet will usually last between 30-60 minutes and can be scheduled at or away from your home. This provides an opportunity for us to get to know each other, go over your needs, ask questions, discuss options and availability, clarify instructions and requests. Most of all, it helps us both make sure that we feel comfortable with one another, ensuring a good fit.
Once we get you all set up, you will be able to book directly by using our mobile scheduling app or on our website using the online portal.

Virtual and Personal Support
We offer personal concierge services to assist you with a variety of tasks, such as your errands, household chores and personal or business administrative needs. ​Our personal concierge (personal or virtual assistants) have a variety of skills that enable us to provide exceptional service, including problem-solving, active listening, customer service, empathy, and time management.
Pricing & Details
Errand services could include things like paying bills, dropping off donations or recycling, picking up prescriptions, dry cleaning or groceries, as well as trips to the post office or library.

Odd job services could be things like document shredding, laundry, shopping for gifts or groceries, watering plants, gift wrapping, calendar maintenance and reminders, bank reconciliation, coordinating appointments & schedules, grocery lists, wardrobe closet transitions, organization or waiting for service providers.

Virtual services provide administrative and technical or creative assistance to individuals as well as busy entrepreneurs. These could be optons such as scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, managing email, providing customer support or assisting with websites and social media.

*Rates are based on a minimum service time of one hour. Services requiring more than 5 miles of travel will be charged an additional $1 per mile. For Errand Services, the clock starts when we leave our location.

Pricing & Details
We'd love to help with your Pet and House Sitting needs. Rates include services for up to one pet. Do you have multiple pets? We can help you with them too, just add an addition $5 for each pet.
For pets: each visit can include potty breaks, litter box scooping; playtime; feeding and water refills; brushing; short walks with prior approvals and weather permitting (provider's discretion).
For your home: services can include bringing in the mail and newspapers, watering plants, turning lights on and off, opening and closing curtains, etc. When you are on vacation, making the house look occupied is the primary goal.
As your service provider we will check in and out on the app, provide details of our visit, along with pictures, GPS tracking and notes to allow for full transparency. We provide our clients with peace of mind, trust and security.
Multiple visits, Puppy Care, Extended Care and a variety of services can be scheduled per day, based on your needs.
